The sizing felt really off to me. I had a feeling it might run weird, and I should’ve trusted my instinct because the fit just wasn’t right.

I had a frustrating time trying to return my order on Soch Innovations. The whole process felt a bit unclear, and I kept having to check back here and there just to figure out what was going on.
The refund also took longer than I thought it would, and the replies I got were not really that useful. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was just annoying overall, and I probably won’t order again

I ordered from Soch Innovations thinking it would arrive in a few days, but the delivery kept getting delayed and there were hardly any clear updates. The tracking just sat there without moving for so long, and I started feeling trapped because I didn’t know whether to wait, cancel, or keep chasing them.

I had to keep checking the status and messaging for answers, which got really frustrating. The product did finally arrive, but the whole delivery experience left a bad impression. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon

I reached out for help and felt like I was just being ignored. No clear answers, no follow-up, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility for fixing the issue. I get that things can go wrong, but customer service should at least acknowledge the problem and make an effort to help. Really disappointing experience overall.

I ordered a kurta from soch.com thinking it would be decent for the price, but i was disappointed. The fabric felt cheaper than I expected and the stitching wasn’t even in a few places. Then after just one wash, it already started looking old. Like, come on, it’s a kurta, not a time machine. Overall, really not happy with the quality.
